Como muitos de vocês devem saber fomos surpreendidos (ou nem tanto) na semana passada com um anúncio de um divórcio real. A Casa Real Norueguesa anunciou em comunicado oficial a separação da Princesa Märtha Louise da Noruega e de Ari Behn.

O casal estava casado há 14 anos e tem três filhas: Maud, Leah e Emma. No comunicado a Princesa disse que tentaram de tudo para manter a relação, mas após várias tentativas cresceram separadamente. O casal irá partilhar a custódia das três filhas e pede tranquilidade e privacidade nesta fase familiar delicada.

Um fim de um casamento é sempre algo triste, por mais legítimas que sejam as razões. E como não gosto de viver em tristezas, vamos transformar esta noticia em algo bom. Por isso vamos recuar no tempo até 2002, 10 anos antes do T&T surgir para recordar um dia em que juras de amor eterno foram preferidas, em que a esperança estava alta. Para jóias, a princesa norueguesa usou a Tiara de Pérolas de Diamantes da Rainha Maud, bisavó da noiva, um colar com um pendente em pérola e brincos de pérolas e diamantes. Märtha foi a noiva real mais controversa em termos de estilo de penteado também. Não sou nada fã de cabelos curtos desta maneira, principalmente numa noiva.

Na criação de Wenche Lych o elemento chave foi sem dúvida o casaco confeccionado em cetim-duquesa num tom quase branco, adornado com cristais Swarovsky e cuja proporção da cauda (3 metros) se fundiu em harmonia com o estilo gótico da Catedral.

A mãe da noiva, no seu registo habitual, destacou-se, num verdadeiro vestido de baile. Ainda assim, o que eu mais admiro são as suas jóias. Sonja escolheu a imponente tiara da diamantes Rainha Josephine que combinou com um igualmente imponente par de brincos.
The bride's mother, in her usual style, stood out on a real ball gown. Still, what I most admire was her jewels. Sonja chose the imposing Queen Josephine diamond Tiara which combined with an equally impressive pair of earrings.
O que dizer de Mette-Marit? Já percebem a minha suspeita sobre o tema do casamento, certo? A Princesa da Coroa da Noruega, escolheu um vestido azul celeste em com saia de tule e corpete com bordados dourados que completou com uma encharpe de tule do mesmo tom e luvas compridas. A esposa do irmão da noiva usou a Tiara de Diamantes de Margaridas.
What about Mette-Marit? Now you understand my suspicion about the wedding theme, right? The Crown Princess of Norway, chose a sky blue dress with a tulle skirt and bodice with gold embroidery that completed with a tulle encharpe on the same tone and long gloves. The bride sister in-law wore the Diamond Daisy Tiara.

Do liceu sueco (olhem-me bem para aquelas caras!), vieram também o Príncipe Carl Philip e a Princesa Madeleine. Madeleine começava a encantar o mundo com a sua beleza nórdica e este casamento não foi excepção. A filha mais nova dos Reis da Suécia, escolheu os tons azul-água que combinou com a sua primeira tiara, a Bandeau de Águas-marinhas.

The youngest daughter of the Swedish Kings, chose an aquamarine dress combined with her first tiara, the Aquamarine Bandeau.

Maxima escolheu um vestido em renda laranja que completou com a mesma tiara que usou na sua boda a Tiara de Estrelas de Diamantes.
From the Netherlands, the newly married couplpe the Prince and Princess of Orange Willem-Alexander and Maxima. The couple had married in February and this was their first royal wedding as a couple. Maxima chose a dress in orange lace that completed with the same tiara that she wore in her wedding day, the Diamond Stars Tiara.
Do Reino Unido, o Earl e a Condessa de Wessex. Presenças habituais em casamentos reais europeus desde 1999. Sophie, escolheu este vestido preto e branco que completou com a tiara que usou no dia do seu casamento, e que era a sua escolha habitual e única na altura.
